Our Mission is to train whilst having fun. We strongly believe that an emotionally relevant experience in learning is the best way for everyone to better retain any kind of teaching. For this reason, first of all, our courses aim to enhance the pro-activity of the public by building with it an empathic relationship which empowers the learning. Our classes are flexible entities. Depending on our customers’ requests, they can become a theatrical stage, a beach, a convention stage, a cookery table or whatever better matches corporate goals. We regularly work for the major Italian Firms, Institutional Bodies and Universities, offering programs cut out for employees or students.
The Experiential learning is the fundamental assumption which inspires our didactic method. We aim to stimulate the active participation of the public, engaging it, not only intellectually but also emotionally and on a physical basis. We teach things that people can practically experience within the training, through spontaneous interactions and simulations. Fear, emotions, tensions and, in general, every possible personal feature, are welcome in our classes as we think them being the engine of efficient learning.
The way of teaching we adopt in our workshops, seminars and on-the-job trainings, consists in a theoretical base supported by practical exercises, driven simulations and many case-histories.
